We ask for a courtesy of 24 hours’ notice before you scheduled class start time so we can contact the next customer on our waitlist in a timely manner, but we understand that emergencies may arise. You are required to reschedule your appointment within 30 days from your original book date. If you fail to reschedule for a date within the 30 dates, the full fee of your reservation will NOT be refunded. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to return to your card.
